Once upon a time.....As I was telling my friend that I was ready to buy a home in the Dallas area, that helpful friend referred me to John Ensminger to help me find my new home and represent me in my purchase negotiations. Then, when it became necessary for me to change Mortgage Brokers little more than a week before the contracted closing date, John came through again by referring me to a Mortgage Broker who was able to lock my interest rate in at a full 2 points below the rate the previous Broker had been able to achieve, AND they were able to have loan documents to the title company so I could close within a week and a half of the date I first contacted them.

Due to the great experience I had working with John, I referred my daughter to him when she told me she was ready to buy her first home. They have already found her first little dream house, she's preapproved for her loan and her contract has been negotiated and accepted. Her lending representative commented to her about how knowledgable and professional John was when they talked, how "right on top of things" he is, making sure all the bases are covered well in advance and that my daughter's best interests are served.
